Head of Training
Capt. James H. D. Newman FCIPD, FRAeS
With 35 years experience in the industry as a Training Captain and Training Manager, Jim holds a Diploma in Training Management and has put the embodied principles into practice over the years. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development he has been involved with much course development work. Qualified TRI on B737 & TRI/TRE on the B757.
Admin and Consultancy
Capt. Simon Wake (BA (Hons) Econ)
Experienced as a Training Captain then for many years a CAA Flight Operations Inspector with heavy involvement with JARs and their requirements. Simon is a respected Consultant in all things JAR, especially Airline set-up and Quality Assurance. Simon retired from full time flying 5 years ago as a Captain on the B757, to concentrate on managing the business.
